Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: WorkTime at 4.8 against משמרות's 3.6. WorkTime also leads on ratings volume (620 vs 11). משמרות's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. משמרות sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WorkTime sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
WorkTime holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WorkTime has 620 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of משמרות's written reviews are positive against 64% of WorkTime's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
משמרות ships an update every 3 weeks, WorkTime every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
