Met de Digizorg App heeft u alles rondom uw zorg altijd bij de hand. Via één veilige app bekijkt u uw medische gegevens van alle zorgorganisaties die meedoen aan Digizorg. Met de Digizorg App kunt u onder andere: • Uw afspraken bekijken. • Uw labuitslagen inzien. • Afspraakverslagen teruglezen. • Medische brieven bekijken. • Berichten ontvangen en versturen. • Vragenlijsten invullen. • Thuismetingen doorgeven. • Folders en video’s met uitleg bekijken.
