One list. Everyone's on it. OneList is the dead-simple shared checklist for the people you actually share life with — your family, your roommate, your partner, your trip crew. Make a list, send one invite, and it stays in sync on everybody's phone. No accounts to create, no clutter, no setup headache. WHY ONELIST • Share in one tap — Invite anyone with a link. They tap, they're in. No sign-ups, no friction. • Always in sync — Powered by iCloud, every check, add, and edit shows up instantly for everyone on the list. • Built for real life — Groceries, packing lists, household chores, road trips, party planning, honey-do lists. If you'd write it down, OneList holds it. • Notes on anything — Tap any item to add details: the brand you like, the size, the aisle, a reminder. • Talk it out — Leave comments on a list so the back-and-forth lives right where the work does. • Know who's who — See who's on each list and manage what they can do. HOW IT WORKS 1. Make a list — groceries, packing, chores, whatever you need. 2. Add your items. Tap one to add a note. 3. Hit invite and send the link to your people. 4. Everyone checks things off in real time. PERFECT FOR • Families sharing the weekly grocery run • Roommates splitting household to-dos • Couples planning a trip or a move • Anyone tired of texting "did you grab the milk?" PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your lists live in your iCloud and are shared only with the people you invite. No separate account, no password to remember. OneList is free to use. Make your first list in seconds.
