Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: One Night at none against Mobile Werewolf's 1. One Night also leads on ratings volume (632 vs 17) and chart position (#160 vs unranked). Mobile Werewolf's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mobile Werewolf sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. One Night asks for nothing beyond the download.
Mobile Werewolf holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: One Night has 632 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of One Night's written reviews are positive against 50% of Mobile Werewolf's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
One Night ships an update every 3 months, Mobile Werewolf every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
