The app streamlines the time it takes to take pictures, capture the signature, and complete the checklist & waybill all in one location. The app will instantly send the files to TechTrans without needing to fax or email the paperwork.

IonAssist is a one-way live streaming, multi-language messaging and voice app the gives operatives the most efficient communication tools to work through problems in a real-world scenario. This app eradicates on-site failure and increases field engineer effectiveness, helping to boost overall customer satisfaction and reduce transactional costs.
