Our Canada is a magazine like no other, where the readers—everyday Canadians like you—are the writers. Our contributors make the country come alive in a uniquely personal way as they share their stories, family history, home recipes, favourite locales and underlying pride in being Canadian. Then, there is all the stunning photography—an inspiring mix of the people, places, wildlife and natural wonders that make our country the best place in the world to call home. Now you can experience this shared celebration of all-things Canadian via Our Canada's app for the iPad. This interactive version of Canada's only national reader-written magazine contains the same engaging content as the print edition, as well as additional digital material, including photos, video clips, links to related information and the occasional sneak peek behind the scenes. In each issue, you can expect to see and read about: • Parts of Canada you know and love, as well as wonderful places you have yet to visit • Regular departments such as The Way It Was, Coming to Canada, Crafty Canadians, Our Travels, Showcase, Our Mosaic and more, all of which combine to form a colourful, ever-changing tapestry of life in Canada, both past and present • Contributor photos from across the country and a thematic, multi-page photo essay • Fun contests and activities including Spot the Loonie, What Is It? and Caption Corner • The opportunity to be considered for publication in Our Canada and More of Our Canada (a subscriber-only companion magazine) and to join the conversation on Our Canada's social media sites and website, ourcanada.ca • Additional photos, slide shows, video clips and web links SUBSCRIPTIONS AVAILABLE: • 1-year subscription for $15.99 CAD, automatically renewed until canceled (6 issues/year).
