Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RallyWell at 5.0 against Orlando Magic Mobile's 4.2. RallyWell also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Orlando Magic Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (243 vs 1) and chart position (#167 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RallyWell holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Orlando Magic Mobile has 243 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
