Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TokApp School at 4.8 against MIA Plus's 3.0. TokApp School also leads on ratings volume (119 vs 2) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). MIA Plus's advantage is review sentiment (39% vs 14%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TokApp School holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TokApp School has 119 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of TokApp School's written reviews are positive against 39% of MIA Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TokApp School ships an update every 8 days, MIA Plus every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
