La Agencia Tributaria pone a disposición de los ciudadanos de forma gratuita una aplicación para dispositivos móviles inteligentes (smartphones y tabletas) que ofrece la posibilidad de efectuar gestiones y recibir avisos personales y de novedades fácilmente, con seguridad y sin desplazarte. Se ofrece una gestión de identidad digital basada en el número de Referencia, Cl@ve o certificado electrónico. Las gestiones que están disponibles desde la APP son las de Renta, cita previa, pagar aplazar y consultar deudas, notificaciones y cotejo de documentos, herramientas de asistencia virtual, acceso a una videollamada previamente acordada, datos censales y domicilio fiscal, suscripción a avisos informativos, suscripciones y buscador de bienes en subastas, firma de documentos y consulta de documentos firmados. Ofrece el acceso a información y la posibilidad de recibir avisos de novedades informativas y avisos personales. Los usuarios proporcionan datos personales para iniciar sesión, identificar al dispositivo y para permitir que la Agencia Tributaria les proporcione servicios personalizados en el ámbito de sus competencias para lo cual se requiere interacción con sus propios servidores, por lo que la Agencia Tributaria pone en conocimiento de los usuarios que esa información estará disponible para su aplicación móvil. Estos datos se utilizarán exclusivamente a los efectos del cumplimiento de sus derechos y obligaciones tributarias y no serán cedidos a terceras partes, excepto en aquellos casos que se ajusten al artículo 95.1 de la Ley General Tributaria. También proporciona en la APP un apartado con un aviso de privacidad legalmente válido, así como asegura la protección correspondiente de los datos personales.
