Your shift starts. What is still open? Who is taking it on? What does the next colleague need to know? Ortie brings tasks, handovers, updates and conversations together in one workspace. For teams working across shifts, at one location or several. Less searching through scattered messages and paper. More clarity about the work. TASKS WITH CLEAR OWNERSHIP Create tasks, pick up work, take over and complete it. Your team can see the owner and status. Set a timed reminder when needed. Once a task is claimed, reminder eligibility follows its owner. Releasing it makes authorised colleagues eligible again. HANDOVERS YOU CAN ACT ON Use daily checklists and general handovers. Review answers, exceptions and questions from the previous shift. Deliberately choose when follow-up needs a task. UPDATES YOU CAN FIND AGAIN Organise team updates and working agreements by topic. See what you still need to read and keep important messages in view. CONVERSATIONS CONNECTED TO WORK Talk with your team, a selected group or by a task. Questions stay connected to the work they concern. YOUR PERSONAL TO DO Keep your own tasks and things to remember. Your private To do is visible only to you in the app. MADE FOR YOUR WORKPLACE Your organisation manages colleagues, locations and access. Choose your notification preferences and Do Not Disturb. The app adapts to iPhone and iPad. An active Ortie account from your organisation is required. The app is free to download. Reminders and Live Activities depend on the device, iOS and your settings; they do not replace your procedures for urgent work. Ortie supports daily teamwork. It is not a patient record, medical system or emergency service. Do not enter identifiable patient information, medical data or sensitive personnel records, including in chat or private To do.
