Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: تطبيق المركز at none against SceneNow's shown. تطبيق المركز also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). SceneNow's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months) and rating (4.3 vs 4.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
