Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: rezar.com at 91% against WatchApp+ for Watch's 47%. rezar.com also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). WatchApp+ for Watch's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 61) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. WatchApp+ for Watch sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. rezar.com asks for nothing beyond the download.
WatchApp+ for Watch holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WatchApp+ for Watch has 14K ratings behind it against 61, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of rezar.com's written reviews are positive against 47% of WatchApp+ for Watch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
