The National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®), is pleased to present the Virtual Library of NCCN Guidelines® app formatted for iPhone & iPad. This easy-to-use and convenient format will further assist health care professionals in their implementation of the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®), thus improving the quality and effectiveness of care provided to patients with cancer. NCCN is a not-for-profit alliance of leading cancer centers devoted to patient care, research, and education. NCCN is dedicated to improving and facilitating quality, effective, efficient, and accessible cancer care so patients can live better lives. Through the leadership and expertise of clinical professionals at NCCN Member Institutions, NCCN develops resources that present valuable information to the numerous stakeholders in the health care delivery system. By defining and advancing high-quality cancer care, NCCN promotes the importance of continuous quality improvement and recognizes the significance of creating clinical practice guidelines appropriate for use by patients, clinicians, and other health care decision-makers around the world. Over the past 25 years, NCCN has developed an integrated suite of tools to improve the quality of cancer care. The NCCN Guidelines® document evidence-based, consensus-driven management to ensure that all patients receive preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and supportive services that are most likely to lead to optimal outcomes. The NCCN Guidelines are a comprehensive set of guidelines detailing the sequential management decisions and interventions that apply to 97 percent of cancer cases in the United States. In addition, separate guidelines relate to major prevention and screening topics and another set of pathways focuses on the major supportive care areas. The NCCN Guidelines provide recommendations based on the best evidence available at the time they are derived. Because new data are published continuously, it is essential that the NCCN Guidelines also be continuously updated and revised to reflect new data and new clinical information. The intent of the NCCN Guidelines is to assist in the decision-making process of individuals involved in cancer care—including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, payers, patients and their families—with the ultimate goal of improving patient care and outcomes. The NCCN Guidelines provide recommendations for appropriate care for most but not all patients; however, individual patient circumstances must be considered when applying these recommendations. Visit NCCN.org to learn more about the NCCN Guidelines as well as other NCCN Content.

Mellivora is a hand-reviewed research panel for practicing clinicians in the United States. Physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are paid, in cash, to talk about their own field. You are not filling in a form. You have a conversation. PAID VOICE INTERVIEWS, ON YOUR SCHEDULE Open the app, tap Start, and talk for around twenty minutes about something you actually know: how you sequence a therapy, what moves you off a first-line agent, the case that changed your mind. No calendar invite, no panel of strangers, no travel. Start at six in the morning or at ten at night, pause mid-sentence, and pick it back up later. Every completed conversation is paid, and your earnings and payment history sit in the app where you can see them. SHORTER PULSES WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW MINUTES Some studies are quick: a handful of structured questions, sometimes with one optional voice answer at the end. Eight minutes, paid the same way. A CONVERSATION THAT REMEMBERS The chat knows what you have already told it. It will not ask you the same question twice, and it will pick up a thread you left hanging three weeks ago. You can also start a conversation about nothing in particular, on a topic you choose. A PERSONAL READ ON HOW YOU REASON After your conversations you get a profile that is yours alone: how you weigh evidence, what drives your decisions, where your thinking is unusual. It is built from your own words, and it sharpens with every conversation. You can see how you compare with anonymized peers in your own specialty, never against generic "physicians", and you can put a question to yourself or to the peer pool and get an honest read back. INVITATION ONLY, AND VERIFIED Mellivora is not open sign-up. Every member applies, records a short hello video, and is checked against professional registries before they are approved. That is what makes the panel worth being in, and it is why clients pay properly for the time. TYPE INSTEAD, IF YOU PREFER Every voice conversation can be typed instead. Pick voice or typing before you start, and the conversation keeps that choice to the end, through every pause. WHAT WE DO WITH WHAT YOU SAY Your answers are used for research, reported to clients in aggregate and anonymized form, and your comparison with peers is anonymous in both directions. Your name is not attached to what you tell a client. NOT A MEMBER YET? Apply at mellivora.ai. Applications are reviewed by a person, and you will hear back within a couple of days.
