Verdict
LSC and Clipper Therapy both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Clipper Therapy's written reviews are positive against 64% of LSC's. LSC's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 9) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for LSC against 4.9 for Clipper Therapy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LSC has 3.8K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 64% of LSC's written reviews are positive against 100% of Clipper Therapy's.
