About

Poker Sense Training

Features

Poker Sense is a training app for anyone who takes the home game seriously and wants to get better. You play hands one decision at a time, every decision is scored against a solver solution rather than a rule of thumb, and the cost of each mistake is measured in big blinds. After each hand the app grades your decision and shows how often the optimal strategy takes each action. When the answer surprises you, tap Ask Why and talk it through with an AI coach that already knows the hand, the board, the positions and your decision. Pre-flop hands are dealt near the edge of each range, where the best action is only narrowly better than the next best, instead of hands whose answer is obvious. A habit of always choosing the same action is soon exposed. Four training modes. Smart mode builds each session for you: a few hands in a row on each spot it is teaching, so the pattern sticks, then a review of what you have already learned, and it brings each spot back when that spot is ready for practice. Afterwards the summary tells you whether each spot was new to you, whether you still remembered it after a 12-day break, or whether it is coming back for more practice soon. Focused mode trains exactly what you pick: pre-flop or a later street, position, pot type and pre-flop decision. In Play a Hand mode you play whole hands against an opponent who follows the solver's strategy. The mode grades every decision you make, not whether you win the pot. Exploit and Recover mode deals spots where a range is narrow, whether your opponent's or your own, and pre-flop spots facing limpers. Track your accuracy, EV loss and streak over time, and drill opening ranges on the 13x13 grid. Leak analysis names the positions and streets costing you the most, and the skill map shows every spot you can train: which are solid, which you are still learning and which are ready for practice. Tapping a spot starts a session on it. Once a session starts, you can play its hands without a connection, on a flight or anywhere without signal. The app is laid out for phones and tablets, in 30 languages, with Hebrew and Arabic reading right to left. The free plan has no time limit: 20 training hands and 3 coaching conversations a day, covering pre-flop play and single-raised pots on the flop, with 3 of those hands a day played whole in Play a Hand. Basic starts with a 7-day free trial on your first subscription, raises both daily limits and opens every street, position and pot type, including 3-bet, 4-bet and limped pots, and Play a Hand in 3-bet and 4-bet pots too. Pro removes both daily limits and adds Exploit and Recover mode, the skill map, and the full trend and leak reporting. Poker Sense is a study tool. Chips are simulated: nothing of value is wagered, there are no prizes and there is no playing against other people. Subscriptions Basic and Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions: Basic Monthly, 1 month, $9.99 Basic Annual, 1 year, $99.99 Pro Monthly, 1 month, $14.99 Pro Annual, 1 year, $149.99 Prices are in US dollars. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you confirm. Basic includes a 7-day free trial on your first subscription. Payment is charged to your account in the App Store when the paid period starts: when your payment goes through, or when a free trial ends. A subscription renews for another period of the same length until you turn off auto-renewal, at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your account settings in the App Store.
