Humanwave vs YouServe

Humanwave is the HR software for the SME manager and his team. With the humanwave app, it is possible to request leave, report illness, enter expense claims, see payslips, view your planning and check your own dossier. Most HR related tasks can be done directly online. Any request, notification or expense claim is automatically registered in humanwave, so immediate action can be taken. This application is suitable for all team members such as staff, self-employed, contractors, trainees, temporary workers and volunteers.

Using YouServe app - Your employer should be customer of YouServe - Payslip only customers can view payslips - HR Self Service customers can use the other functions when enabled. - Logon using single sign-on provided by your employer. - Languages: Dutch, English, German and French (active language will be the same as device's language). Functionalities For all functionalities: visible when made available via your employer. -Office Travel Get your home working and office travel compensation done with a few clicks. You will be able to simply register your days you worked from home and from the office. After submission at the end of the month the compensation will be calculated and will be paid out with your next months' salary. -Leave View your leave requests, the details of your leave balance and request leave. Note: changing or withdrawing your leave requests will be added at a later stage and needs to be done via HR Self Service. -Expense claims Claim your expenses in euros and add an attachment. The app supports images from camera and album and pdf documents from your files. View your expense claims and the processing status.
