Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Tiktek at 4.7 against הגייה's 4.0. Tiktek also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 14) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). הגייה's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
