Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyGOfit at 4.5 against Dreamfit's 2.0. MyGOfit also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1). Dreamfit's advantage is review sentiment (24% vs 10%) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyGOfit holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyGOfit has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of MyGOfit's written reviews are positive against 24% of Dreamfit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MyGOfit ships an update every 3 weeks, Dreamfit every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
