RestoredOS Response Track
Read full descriptionHide full description
RestoredOS Response Track is the field companion for property-restoration technicians responding to water, fire, mold, and storm losses. When an emergency comes in, the technician taps “Get in route.” Response Track shares their live location and ETA with dispatch and the property owner — an Uber-style tracking link — so everyone knows exactly when help arrives. Location sharing continues while the technician drives (even with the app in the background during turn-by-turn navigation) and stops automatically the moment they reach the loss. On site, the technician: • Signs and scans the Work Authorization • Scans job paperwork • Records the first-day loss video • Connects the Encircle file and Matterport scan • Updates the job with one-touch milestones — En route, On site, Mitigation started, Complete Everything flows straight into the RestoredOS job file so the office and the client stay in sync in real time. Response Track is used by restoration companies that run RestoredOS. A company login is required to receive live dispatches; you can explore the full experience with the built-in “View demo” (no login needed).
