Both are free to download. Mathdoku + Calcudoku sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Nonogram.com Color sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Nonogram.com Color holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nonogram.com Color has 26K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Mathdoku + Calcudoku's written reviews are positive against 54% of Nonogram.com Color's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mathdoku + Calcudoku ships an update every 12 months, Nonogram.com Color every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
