Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Salsa King holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 34 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Salsa King's written reviews are positive against 100% of Santa's Enchanted Forest's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Salsa King ships an update every 4 months, Santa's Enchanted Forest every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
