The ‘Meditation Time App’ provides you with a very useful tool to make your meditation even more mindful: Set the timer and let one of the many singing bowls and instruments remind you of the end of your meditation after the desired time. If you wish, you can also set a mindfulness chime at any interval to gently bring you back to meditation if your thoughts do wander. Pleasant nature sounds as switchable background sounds help you meditate when your mind (or your environment) is particularly restless. Our guided meditations by professional speakers provide you with additional guidance and motivation for your daily meditation practice. The ‘teaching’ provides a brief and undogmatic overview of the most important aspects of meditation practice and offers you inspiration and motivation for your regular meditation. Conclusion: This app is perfect for you if you want to bring more mindfulness into your life with meditation. It doesn't matter whether you've never meditated before or are an old hand at meditation. By the way: since version 4.0, we have even built in special modes for the masters of meditation: the Master Mode for up to 4 hours of meditation at a time and the Zen Mode, which sounds the end chime three times. With this in mind, I wish you: a peaceful mind and a calm disposition. Why use a meditation app at all? A meditation app offers a simple and accessible way to regularly integrate mindfulness and inner peace into your everyday life. It helps to reduce stress, promote concentration and increase general well-being. Especially in a hectic world where we are often overwhelmed by obligations and distractions, a meditation app helps to create moments of calm and to arrive in the here and now. There is an important connection between meditation apps and the concept of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), a scientifically based method for reducing stress. MBSR uses mindfulness exercises such as meditation, breathing techniques and body scans to manage stress and chronic strain. Many meditation apps are based on similar principles and offer guided exercises that integrate the central elements of MBSR. This allows users to benefit from the proven techniques and integrate mindfulness into their everyday lives - whether to manage stress, improve sleep or promote serenity. This app can write your completed meditation sessions to Apple Health (HealthKit), allowing you to track your mindfulness practice in the Health app. Data is only shared with your explicit permission and can be disabled at any time.

About

One Second View

The second you heat up is the second you send the message you will regret. One Second View is not a long course and not a chatbot. It does one job: put a brake on the peak of an impulse. You can: • Breathe on the home screen—tap to inhale, hold, and exhale • SOS Fire—full-screen calm with a photo that steadies you • Home Screen widget, Siri, and deep links—open SOS from the system, without waiting for the app to finish loading • 90-second cooldown—ride out the spike before you reply • Pre-send check—paste a draft, see risky tone, get gentler rewrites • Anchor kit—photos, memories, and a voice note from a calmer you • On-device lines—short prompts even offline • Recovery score and journal—see how you return to steady Guests can use SOS twice a day, then sign in. Sand Mandala and Journal still need an account. Pro removes the daily cap on SOS and most tools. This app is a pause-and-notice practice. It does not replace counseling, medical care, or emergency help. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services. Subscription details are in the in-app Support screen.
