Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LI Wave at 5.0 against Flipster's 2.2. LI Wave also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months). Flipster's advantage is ratings volume (217 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
