GraphoSign vs SiavSmartSign

App GraphoSign is Namirial’s solution for mobile devices to avoid having to print a paper copy of a document just to capture a signature. It allows you to sign PDF documents directly on a tablet; moreover, it does not need any internet connection to open or sign the PDF: the application works completely offline. Once signed, the document can be shared via E-mail, AirDrop, DropBox, Messages or any other of the most common or custom methods of sharing. With App GraphoSign you can also: - add images (from camera or gallery) to the PDF document - modify annotations - add freehand text - fill form fields (if present) - sign the document (existing signature fields or on any free area of the PDF) - handle multiple signatures on the same document App GraphoSign requires a stylus to capture pressure while signing. SiavSmartSign è la app di Siav che consente di sottoscrivere qualsiasi documento apponendo una firma grafometrica. Nativamente integrata con le soluzioni Siav, SiavSmartSign consente di semplificare e velocizzare le diverse attività relative alla sottoscrizione dei documenti in formato elettronico. L’app costituisce una soluzione necessaria per completare il processo di firma avviato dalle altre soluzioni mobile di Siav (come ad esempio Smart Desk). SiavSmartSign consente infatti di sottoscrivere elettronicamente in modalità grafometrica (tramite FES - firma elettronica semplice oppure FEA - firma elettronica avanzata) i documenti digitali. La soluzione può essere considerata come una penna virtuale al servizio dei firmatari che utilizzano i software Siav e desiderano firmare la documentazione in mobilità. L’app, fruibile da tablet, si avvierà automaticamente e in modo trasparente all’utente nel momento in cui viene richiesta la firma di un documento da una soluzione Siav. L’utente potrà apporre la propria firma e vedere il proprio tratto in tempo reale. Una volta completata l’operazione di firma, SiavSmartSign si chiuderà automaticamente.
