Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: A at none against Mo PTT's shown. A also leads on review sentiment (38% vs 22%). Mo PTT's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 11 days). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mo PTT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and A sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $99.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Mo PTT holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 66 and 19 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Mo PTT's written reviews are positive against 38% of A's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mo PTT ships an update every 4 days, A every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
