Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LSM.lv at 5.0 against LRT.lt's 4.0. LSM.lv also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). LRT.lt's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
