Verdict
PromoPromo and Etos both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 93% of PromoPromo's written reviews are positive against 0% of Etos's. PromoPromo also leads on ratings volume (48 vs 12). Etos's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
