Verdict
The clearest difference is price: GeoGebra 3D Calculator at Free against Physics Formulas's $0.99. GeoGebra 3D Calculator also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (52 vs 1). Physics Formulas's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

GeoGebra 3D Calculator is free to download; Physics Formulas costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Physics Formulas holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GeoGebra 3D Calculator has 52 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Physics Formulas's written reviews are positive against 66% of GeoGebra 3D Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Physics Formulas ships an update every 7 months, GeoGebra 3D Calculator monthly. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
