kiC App Ratsinfo für die papierlose Ratsarbeit. Diese App ist kostenfrei. Zielgruppe sind die Gremiumsmitglieder einer öffentlichen Verwaltung. Die im kiC Ratsinformationsmanagement (ab Version R32.x) veröffentlichten Termine, Tagesordnungen, Vorlagen, Anlagen, Protokolle und Beschlüsse werden über die RIS-Webseite der Verwaltung auf das mobile Endgerät synchronisiert. Damit ist jederzeit ein Zugriff auf alle Sitzungsinformationen möglich auch wenn keine Internetverbindung besteht. Es können mehrere Mandanten mit in der App genutzt werden (z. B. Gemeinde und Landkreis). Bei der Entwicklung wurde besonderer Wert auf eine einfache Handhabung und hohe Sicherheit gelegt. Alle Daten werden AES-verschlüsselt gespeichert. Nach dem Login kann auf vergangene, aktuelle und zukünftige Sitzungen (Tagesordnung, usw.) zugegriffen werden. The app is used for paperless meeting preparation and electronic voting for elected officials in all political bodies. Personal notes can also be made in documents and content can be searched for using the full-text search function. Not only current, but also past meeting documents are available. The voting takes place in a clearly arranged page. The meeting documents and personal notes are available in online and offline mode. Voting results can be displayed directly in the meeting room and the Internet.
