Two trainers for the cardiac emergency setting, in one app. Blood Gas Dojo teaches you to read an arterial blood gas the way clinicians do — numbers → classification → diagnosis — in seven levels. CAG Dojo lets you learn coronary angiography by swinging the C-arm and taking the pictures yourself on a live, computed angiogram. For physicians, residents, medical students, nurses, radiologic technologists and cath lab staff. Available in 9 languages. BLOOD GAS DOJO Acid–base balance in seven levels, each with a lesson and a 5-question quiz: 1. Read the direction from pH 2. Respiratory or metabolic? (the four patterns) 3. From the numbers to a diagnosis 4. The anion gap (calculation, classification, albumin correction) 5. Spot the compensation 6. Put it together with the case (history, vitals, other labs) 7. Mixed disorders by formula (Winter's formula and more) • Lessons: introduction → figure → key points → step-by-step method → common pitfalls. Figures include the pH scale, lungs vs. kidneys, the four-pattern table, the anion gap as stacked bars, the direction of compensation and the prediction formulas • Questions: blood gas values on a lab-report style panel with reference-range scales and ↑↓ flags. Case questions show the patient, presentation, vital signs and findings • Explanations: numbered in the order you should think, with a one-line takeaway • Scoring: 100 per correct answer plus speed and streak bonuses. Ranks from F to S, personal bests, and Game Center leaderboards • A reference-value table is always one tap away CAG DOJO An educational simulator for coronary angiography (CAG). Every X-ray image is computed in real time on your device. • Angiography viewer: rotate the C-arm freely (LAO/RAO, cranial/caudal) and inject with a 3D control syringe. Zoom, vessel names, AHA segment numbers and a 3D comparison. Nine cases from normal coronaries to a total RCA occlusion, plus a stenosis maker that places a 50–99% lesion or total occlusion at any segment from #1 to #14 • C-arm explorer: keep the contrast flowing while you swing the C-arm, and watch how each angle changes the coronary view alongside a 3D scene of patient, heart and C-arm • Compare with real images: real coronary angiograms (anonymized cine runs from a public dataset) side by side with the simulation at the same angle, with expert segment labels in color, and a quiz on recognizing projections • 3D coronary atlas: a beating, high-resolution 3D heart with coronary arteries and veins. Tap for names and AHA segments, see through the myocardium, show perfusion territories, inject in 3D • Lessons and quizzes: four lessons (anatomy and AHA segments, standard projections, the procedure, complications) and five quizzes (projection, vessel name, stenosis site, stenosis grade, reading) PRICE Blood Gas Dojo is completely free. In CAG Dojo, two viewer cases, the C-arm explorer, the 3D atlas, the first two lessons, the projection quiz and some real images are free (ad-supported). PRO, a one-time in-app purchase, removes the ads and unlocks every CAG Dojo case, the stenosis maker, all real images and every lesson and quiz. Restore Purchases brings PRO back on another device. LANGUAGES English, Japanese, Italian, German, French, Polish, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) — switch on the title screen. PLEASE NOTE This app is for education and training. The blood gas values in the questions were written for teaching and are not data from real patients. The anatomy and angiograms in CAG Dojo are computed simulations (the real images in “Compare with real images” are anonymized angiograms from the public CARDIAG dataset, Lau et al. 2026, CC BY 4.0). It is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment or any other clinical decision.
