Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Presenter 10 at 5.0 against TestNav's 1.6. Presenter 10 also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). TestNav's advantage is ratings volume (104 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Presenter 10 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TestNav has 104 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of TestNav's written reviews are positive against 19% of Presenter 10's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TestNav ships an update every 8 months, Presenter 10 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
