Both are free to download. Jump Kid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Zappy Duck asks for nothing beyond the download.
Zappy Duck holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Zappy Duck's written reviews are positive against 100% of Jump Kid's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
