Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Incident Action Plan at 80% against Procurify's 35%. Incident Action Plan also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.6). Procurify's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (826 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Procurify holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procurify has 826 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Procurify's written reviews are positive against 80% of Incident Action Plan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Procurify ships an update every 2 weeks, Incident Action Plan every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
