Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: NUIAS at 100% against SpectrumU's 10%. NUIAS also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). SpectrumU's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (318 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
