A stroke is always a medical emergency. This App is based on the F.A.S.T Test and lets you quickly recognize the signs of a stroke. A stroke is not a heart attack. A stroke happens when the supply of blood to the brain is suddenly interrupted. Some strokes are fatal while others cause permanent or temporary disability. The longer a stroke remains untreated, the greater the chance of stroke related brain damage. Emergency medical treatment soon after symptoms begin improves the chance of survival and successful rehabilitation.

Both are free to download. Cuespeak sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. F.A.S.T Stroke Test asks for nothing beyond the download.
F.A.S.T Stroke Test holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cuespeak has 87 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of F.A.S.T Stroke Test's written reviews are positive against 84% of Cuespeak's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
F.A.S.T Stroke Test ships an update every 67 months, Cuespeak every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
