Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Writing Wizard at 4.4 against Computers at Work Lite's 3.0. Writing Wizard also leads on ratings volume (5.2K vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 11 months). Computers at Work Lite's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
