Arsel vs Panic Alarm System

The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is the communications regulator in the state of Qatar established by virtue of Emiri Decree (42) in 2014. CRA regulates the communications & infoology and postal sectors, and access to digital media. Arsel is the Communications Regulatory Authority’s mobile app to empower telecom consumers in Qatar. The app was specifically developed by CRA as an additional tool for consumers to provide their complaints and inquiries about telecommunication services in Qatar directly to CRA. The data collected through the app will help CRA to work with the service providers to improve the quality of services in the country. The word Arsel means “to send” in Arabic, and CRA hopes the app, will indeed help consumers communicate directly with us. Through the app the consumers can: Send complaint and inquiry about telecommunication services directly to Communications Regulatory Authority. Access an online network coverage map showcasing other consumers experience and informing users if coverage issues been reported in their area or not. Test your internet speed. Receive updates and information from the CRA. هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات هي الجهة المسئولة عن تنظيم قطاع الاتصالات في دولة قطر. وقد أنشئت بموجب القرار الأميري رقم (42) لسنة 2014. تتولى الهيئة تنظيم قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وقطاع البريد، والنفاذ إلى الإعلام الرقمي. أنشأت هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات تطبيق "أرسل" للهواتف المحمولة لتمكين وتوعية المستهلكين بكافة حقوقهم في قطاع الاتصالات في قطر. وقد تم تطوير هذا التطبيق خصيصا من قبل هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات كقناة إضافية تمكن المستهلك من تقديم شكواه واستفساراته مباشرة إلى الهيئة حول خدمات الاتصالات في قطر. وسوف تساعد البيانات التي يتم جمعها من خلال هذا التطبيق في عمل الهيئة مع مقدمي الخدمة على تحسين جودة الخدمات في البلاد. كلمة Arsel مشتقة من مرادفها الأصلي باللغة العربية "أرسل" وتأمل الهيئة ان يسهل هذا التطبيق تواصل المستهلكين معنا مباشرة . من خلال التطبيق يمكن للمستهلكين:: تقديم شكوى أو استفسار مباشرة لهيئة تنظيم الاتصالات حول خدمات الاتصالات. الاطلاع على خريطة شبكة التغطية على الإنترنت وعرض تجارب مستهلكين اخرين وترشد المستهلك ما اذا كان هناك شكاوى تغطية في منطقته او لا . اختبار سرعة الإنترنت معرفة المزيد عن حقوقك كمستهلك اتصالات. يمكنك استلام اخبار وتحديثات من هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات.

The Panic Alarm System (PAS) sends alert notifications to users at PHCC health centers. After successful login, users will see a home screen where alerts will appear by pressing the black button at the bottom. Users can use this button for their next steps at health centers.
