Turn your iPhone into a powerful EMF detector and magnetic field scanner. Detect electromagnetic fields (EMF) around you instantly using the built-in sensor already inside your device — no expensive equipment required. Whether you want to monitor electromagnetic radiation in your home, locate hidden magnetic sources, or even explore paranormal activity, this app gives you a simple and exciting way to measure the invisible world around you. Use the app to scan bedrooms, walls, electrical appliances, Wi-Fi zones, sockets, microwaves, wireless devices, and more. Discover areas with unusually high magnetic activity and receive an instant warning beep when strong EMF levels are detected. Many users also enjoy using the app during ghost hunts and paranormal investigations, as sudden magnetic fluctuations are often associated with supernatural activity. NEW: Experience EMF detection in Augmented Reality. Visualize electromagnetic fields in Augmented Reality to better understand how EMFs spread throughout your home, office, or workspace. The app allows you to see a figurative representation of magnetic activity around you, helping you identify high-radiation zones and understand how far electromagnetic fields may reach in real-world environments. Explore EMFs in a more immersive and intuitive way by combining real-time detection with AR visualization technology. Transform your iPhone into a digital EMF Meter, Teslameter, or electromagnetic field tester using the internal compass hardware. View live magnetic field readings in real time and monitor changes on all three axes (X, Y, Z). Scientists, engineers, students, teachers, paranormal investigators, and curious explorers use EMF detectors to measure magnetic activity in everyday environments. Why use this app? • Detect high electromagnetic field zones around you • Monitor EMF levels near beds, appliances, or workspaces • Receive warning alerts when strong magnetic radiation is detected • Track and store measurements with time and date stamps • Investigate unusual magnetic fluctuations during ghost hunting sessions • Find metallic objects, pipes, or hidden sources behind walls • Explore the invisible electromagnetic world around you Features: • Real-time EMF and magnetic field detection • Warning beep near strong radiation sources • Measures magnetic force on X, Y, and Z axes • Magnetic readings displayed in microteslas (µT) • Save up to 100 EMF records • Record events with exact date & time • Export and send measurements by email • Easy-to-use digital display interface Electromagnetic radiation may come from electrical wiring, appliances, wireless devices, cordless phones, Wi-Fi equipment, sockets, and other electronic sources in your environment. Tips: For best accuracy, calibrate your iPhone by moving it in a figure-8 motion before use. Important: This app requires an iPhone with compass hardware and will not work on iPod Touch devices. Disclaimer: This app is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. It uses the iPhone magnetometer sensor to detect magnetic field variations near ferromagnetic objects and electromagnetic sources. Download now and start discovering the hidden electromagnetic activity around you.
Teslameter.
This utility app measures electromagnetic fields around you using your device's compass. It displays readings on X, Y, and Z axes in micro-teslas, along with a magnitude reading. Primarily for entertainment, it detects interference from magnetic objects or potential paranormal activity.
- Measures electromagnetic fields
- Displays X, Y, Z axis readings
- Calculates magnitude reading
- Detects magnetic object interference
- For entertainment purposes

Teslameter lets you view current electromagnetic fields around you! To use, simply open Teslameter and bring your iPhone close to any ferromagnetic metal such as iron or steel, or any other magnetic object. Teslameter will measure the current magnetic fields on the X, Y, and Z axis in micro-teslas. In addition Teslameter displays a magnitude reading of (X^2+Y^2+Z^2). How exactly does it work? Since the iPhone 3GS/iPhone 4 includes a compass, Teslameter can measure the interference created by a ferromagnetic metal (or paranormal activity). Teslameter is NOT a true teslameter and shouldn't be used for anything but entertainment purposes.

Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: EMF Field Detector RF Scanner at 84% against Teslameter.'s 0%. EMF Field Detector RF Scanner also leads on rating (4.5 vs 2.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months). Teslameter.'s advantage is price (Free vs $4.99) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
