Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MEB E at 1.8 against WORKWIN's 1.0. MEB E also leads on ratings volume (281 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). WORKWIN's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
