This app is designed for buyers, dealers, and workshop owners who receive price lists from their suppliers via the .iOrder ecosystem. HOW IT WORKS: Your suppliers create price lists in their version of iOrder and share them with you — via email, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messenger. All you need to do: Import the price list file (JSON format) into the app. Select products and services you need. Send your order back to the supplier — in one tap. That's it. No paperwork, no manual typing, no mistakes. WHAT YOU GET: - All your suppliers in one place Contact details, price lists, and order history — organized by each supplier. - Smart Price lists Each price list is divided into two categories: Products and Services. Easy to browse and select. - Quick order creation Create orders with all the necessary details. Add special notes in the "Order Features" tab. - One-tap sending Send orders to suppliers via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage — whatever works for you. - Order history Filter orders by Today / Week / Month / All. Edit the date if needed — just tap the calendar button. - Analytics Track your spending trends with reports: Purchases by day Rating by price list items (most expensive at the top) ALWAYS IN SYNC: All your data is stored in Apple iCloud, so the app works seamlessly across all your Apple devices — iPhone, iPad, Mac. One database, everywhere. SETTINGS YOU CONTROL: Default settings — set your name and phone number for order files (so suppliers know who's ordering) Delete orders for a selected period Clear all data Edit "Order Features" list — add custom fields for your specific needs GET STARTED TODAY: Ask your supplier to share their price list from .iOrder. Cadence is the lesson register and studio ledger for independent music teachers. Your week fills itself in, you mark lessons with a tap, and your own cancellation policy decides what bills, so at the end of the month you know exactly who owes your studio, and why. YOUR WEEK, ALREADY WRITTEN • Give each student a recurring weekly or every-other-week slot and the register fills in automatically. • Tap a lesson to mark it Attended. Long-press for No-show, Late cancel, Cancelled with notice, Teacher cancelled, or Makeup. • A needs-attention queue catches any lesson you haven't marked yet. YOUR POLICY, APPLIED FOR YOU • Set a 12, 24, or 48-hour cancellation window. • Choose whether no-shows and late cancels are billed. • Issue makeup credits, and optionally waive the fee when a makeup is taught. STUDENTS AND FAMILIES • Parent or guardian contact details, with siblings grouped into one family. • Method book and level, repertoire with recital-ready flags, and a history of practice assignments. BILLING THAT FITS YOUR STUDIO • A billing plan per student: per-lesson fee, sliding scale, monthly tuition, or term tuition. • Log payments by cash, Venmo, Zelle, check, card, PayPal, or bank transfer, including partial payments and prepaid credit. Cadence records money you receive; it does not process payments. • The "owed to your studio" board shows every open balance at a glance. STATEMENTS AND THE LEDGER (PRO) • PDF family statements with your "how to pay me" instructions, ready to share by text or email. • The Ledger: collected vs. billed each month, an attendance ribbon, a 6-month chart, and a year-end summary as PDF or CSV. AND THE DETAILS • Reminders: a nudge to mark the register, a weekly digest of who owes, and lesson heads-ups. • Backup and restore with Files or iCloud Drive. • Any currency, dark mode, and a sidebar with two-pane layouts on iPad. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no login. Your studio's data stays on your device, and Cadence does not track you. FREE AND PRO The free plan covers up to 3 students. Cadence Pro unlocks unlimited students, PDF family statements, the Ledger, and year-end exports. Cadence Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as Forever Access, a one-time purchase. In the US: $14.99/month, $79.99/year, or $249.99 once; prices in other regions are shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
