PRN Graph vs APLS +

The Perined-Hoftiezer birth weight curves show the optimal birth weight (and its distribution) of children born at the corresponding gestational age. The curves are differentiated by gender. Identifying small children is important for reducing mortality and morbidity. These curves are based on data from the perinatal registration of newborns in the Netherlands. The curves are normative and therefore developed based on a low-risk population without known risk factors for fetal growth restriction. All multiple pregnancies, inductions, and primary cesarean sections were also excluded to approximate the optimal birth weight for each gestational age. Met de APLS-app kunnen snel de benodigde waarden worden berekend die nodig zijn bij de opvang van een acuut ziek kind. De app berekent op basis van de leeftijd en het gewicht de standaard hoeveelheden adrenaline, glucose, vaatvulling, joule en de geschatte tube-maat en -diepte. Indien het gewicht onbekend is kan het geschatte gewicht worden berekend op basis van de leeftijd. De app bevat de volgende opties - NLS medicatie en tubemaat voor pasgeborenen - APLS medicatie voor kinderen - Overzicht reversibele oorzaken bij reanimatie (4H-4T) - Normaalwaarden systolische bloeddruk, ademfrequentie en hartfrequentie naar leeftijd voor kinderen vanaf 1 jaar.
