Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 9amla at 5.0 against Web2Pics's 4.4. 9amla also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months). Web2Pics's advantage is ratings volume (311 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
