* LITE (FREE) version -> Search "MediaDict" Study over 50 languages, including English, Korean, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, German, Vietnamese, Turkish, Italian, and more! Enjoy fun and diverse content to enhance your language learning experience. MediaDict provides the most effective methods for language learning: dictation and shadowing. In every language, certain words are hard to hear depending on surrounding words. Identifying the words you struggle to hear accurately helps you become familiar with their pronunciation, leading to effective improvement. The “MediaDictW” menu offers dictation exercises by arranging word order, while the “MediaDict” menu provides character-by-character dictation. Speaking practice is essential in language learning. Using the “Repeat Player” menu, listen to phrases in videos and practice pronunciation with shadowing techniques. The key to improving speaking skills is practicing as accurately and frequently as possible. You can also check pronunciation accuracy through the speech recognition feature. You can list all the words included in the content and easily access their meanings through more than 20 online dictionaries. The platform also provides a speech recognition feature for practicing pronunciation of individual words. MediaDict’s video player supports bilingual subtitles, displaying both original and translated captions. After completing dictation, activate the “RewindSub” option to review the content. “RewindSub” hides subtitles by default and only shows them for the length of the rewind if you couldn’t catch a section. Tap the rewind button or double-tap the left side of the video screen to use this feature, which helps you assess your listening skills for the content. With MediaDict, there is no limit to study materials. Over 100,000 YouTube resources are available, with more added continuously. Know of YouTube content with captions in the audio language? Use the YouTube URL input feature to turn it into study material. Want to study using a movie or drama not available on YouTube? As long as you have the video and subtitle files, you can use the external file connection feature to make it a study resource. Experience a language learning tool with limitless potential! - Dictation for improving listening skills - Speech recognition and shadowing for speaking practice - Bilingual subtitle video player - Progress tracking by date - Subtitle editing function * MediaDict differs from MediaDict LITE in the following ways: - No ads - iCloud Support – Save your study history by date, bookmarks, and learning progress to the cloud and sync your learning seamlessly between iPhone and iPad. - Unlimited dictation - Unlimited shadowing - RewindSub - Feature to assess your listening skills in the ‘Video Player’ * More Information -> https://cocoswing.com/mediadict/

AB Loop Repeat for Language Learners [Universal Purchase] Buy once, enjoy across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Cassette Tape is a media player built for one purpose: loop any section of audio or video with a single tap. Whether you are practicing English, Japanese, Chinese, or any other language, just set your A and B points and repeat that section as many times as you need. - AB Loop Repeat — Core Feature • A/B Point Setting Tap once to mark the start (A) of a section, tap again to mark the end (B). The player instantly loops that exact segment — a single sentence, a tricky phrase, or a short expression. Works with both audio and video files. • Repeat Count Control Set a specific number of loops or repeat infinitely. Once the count is reached, playback continues automatically from where you left off, keeping your session flowing. • Fine-Tune Adjustment Nudge the start and end points in 0.1-second increments using the fine-tune slider. Get the loop exactly right without having to re-record or edit your file. • Multiple Saved Segments Save as many loop sections as you need within a single file. Switch between them instantly to move between practice points during a study session. Keep yesterday's focus point and today's side by side. - Media Playback Plays MP3 and WAV audio files as well as MP4 video files. Adjust playback speed from 0.5x to 2.0x — slow down to catch every word, then gradually bring it up to full speed as your comprehension improves. Background playback keeps the audio running even when you lock your screen, with full controls available on the lock screen. Your last playback position is saved automatically so you can pick up exactly where you left off. - AI Subtitle Generation The built-in AI listens to your audio or video and automatically generates subtitles. Everything runs on your device without an internet connection, so your private study files stay private. Use the subtitles to follow along during listening, compare what you hear with what you read during dictation practice, or guide your listen-and-repeat sessions. - Bookmarks and Study Log Whenever you come across an important phrase, a difficult sentence, or a moment worth revisiting, tap the bookmark button to save that exact position instantly. You can attach a note to every bookmark — for example, "review this pronunciation," "key expression," or "needs more listen-and-repeat practice." All bookmarks are listed in one place and a single tap takes you straight back to that moment. As bookmarks accumulate across files, they naturally become a personalized study log that grows with you. - Additional Study Tools • Recent Files — quick access to your regular study materials • Playlist — group files and play them in sequence • Dark mode / Light mode - App Interface Languages Korean / English / Japanese / Simplified Chinese Loop it.
