Eziops is a robust, mobile, data capture tool, designed to manage the day to day operations in businesses such as retail (REFSS), hospitality, horticulture or any other industry. Electronic forms (or eLogs) can be customised to allow electronic data capture for receiving stock, doing daily checks, or a host of other activities. Data collected via the forms is uploaded to a dashboard for reporting and monitoring that checks have been done on time. Non-compliances trigger corrective action tasks to be completed. Photos can be taken of incidents or non compliant products and used as evidence for credits or for auditing purposes. Multiple devices can be used across multiple locations. Managers using Eziops know that things have been actioned on time and report much higher compliance from staff. This release includes a new "Save Draft" feature for incomplete forms. Sometimes a user may not have time to capture all of the data needed to submit a form. Other times the data may not be available to complete the mandatory fields on a form. On a device containing an incomplete form, a new "Save Draft" button can be clicked and the incomplete form data can be saved on the device for later. When the missing form data can be captured, the saved form can be loaded back and the remaining data can be added and the completed form submitted. Drafts can be updated or deleted as needed.
