4Warning is a location-based app service that allows anyone who has downloaded this application to alert other members within a 1/2 mile radius of live hazards or disruptions when commuting around our cities and roads For example, if a 4Warning member(John Smith for example) observes a road accident that is causing built-up traffic he simply open the app and selects the road accident icon, and press enter. 4Warning then simply alerts all other members within 1/2mile of John’s position with a live map showing the road accident icon and additional information (text, video, photo, or voice message). This allows members the opportunity to avoid the area and delays.
