Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: WeReel at 4.9 against Seetong's 3.6. WeReel also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 46%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). Seetong's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
