Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: مسجات at none against OSN+'s 6. مسجات also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). OSN+'s advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 13) and rating (4.4 vs 4.1). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OSN+ sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. مسجات asks for nothing beyond the download.
OSN+ holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OSN+ has 23K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
