Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Almeydan الميدان at 5.0 against OSN+'s 4.4. Almeydan الميدان also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). OSN+'s advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
