Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 不存在的谎言 at 4.2 against 爱养成2's 3.4. 不存在的谎言 also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 爱养成2 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and 不存在的谎言 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
不存在的谎言 holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of 爱养成2's written reviews are positive against 64% of 不存在的谎言's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
爱养成2 ships an update every 2 months, 不存在的谎言 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
