Aplicación Cédula RUT electrónica desarrollada por el Servicio de Impuestos Internos que permite identificar al contribuyente. Esta es requerida para ciertos trámites tributarios así como para realizar compras permitiendo recuperar el IVA pagado en éstas. En ésta se identifica al Contribuyente, indicando su RUT, Nombre o Razón Social, Dirección Principal, N° de Serie, entre otros. A diferencia de la Cédula en formato plástico, la Cédula RUT electrónica o e-RUT es nominativa para el usuario (personas naturales) que el contribuyente designe, cuyos datos (nombre y RUT) también quedarán registrados en esta cédula electrónica.
